If a minor deviation is noted, our consultants are immediately alerted to perform a more thorough diagnostic. Which means we're often able to catch and resolve potentially catastrophic software and hardware issues even before outward symptoms appear. This custom software will also perform routine diagnostics and repairs to your computer, avoiding the expense of an on-site visit.

Training

All of our workshops are custom tailored to your specific needs and provided on the dates, times and at the locations that work best for you. Workshops may also be provided evenings and weekends! Typically, workshops are produced as 2-day Beginning-Intermediate sessions, with an optional third day Advanced session.
Every participant will walk away from the workshop with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience necessary to go back to work and immediately be more productive and effective. They will also take with them a CD-ROM containing a workbook summarizing key concepts and content, and hard to find software and utilities specific to their workshop.
